INSTANT DAHI WADA WITHOUT OIL

INGREDIENTS

Bread : 1 loof
Shreded coconut : 1 bowl
Shreded corriander: 1/4 bowl
Green chilli : 2 nos.chopped
Curd : 1 serving bowl
Salt & Sugar
Red Chilli powder : 1 Tsp.
Jeera Powder : 1 tsp.

METHOD

Mix the shreded coconut+corriander+green chilli in a serving bowl.Add salt to taste & 1 tsp.of sugar. Mix it well. Take bread slice & cut the borders. Soak the slice in water for one second. Stuff the coconut mixer in the bread & make the small balls of the bread.Keep it aside. Now in the curd, mix salt & sugar to taste & red chilli powder. 
While serving take the bread balls in the plate & pour the curd on it. Sprinkle jeera powder, corriander & red chilli powder & serve.
No oil.
